1. Returns & Exchanges
A. If you have any concerns about the quality of the products you purchased, please contact our Customer Support team via the email address provided on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
B. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Support team before returning any item for further instructions.
C. We will respond to your request within 2–3 business days after receiving your email.
D. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will send you the return shipping address and detailed instructions via email.
E. Returned items typically take 3–5 business days to arrive at our warehouse after shipment. Once received and inspected:
- Exchange orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days.
F. The 7-day return period is primarily intended for defective or damaged products. If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
2. Refund Policy
If you choose to return an eligible item, we will process your refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, payments made by credit card or PayPal will be refunded to the corresponding account.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Socks, accessories, and personal hygiene items that cannot be resold
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (final sale)
Please note: Purchases of the items listed above cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
